Business Analyst
  • 5+ years, (ideally varied) BA experience.
  • Relevant qualification (ideally).
  • Experienced in requirement gathering, business process modelling, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient using Business Analysis tools and software.
Enterprise Architect
  • 8+ years IT and 5+ years’ EA experience.
  • Relevant qualification (ideal) or TOGAF or BCS framework know-how.
  • Experienced in in designing and implementing enterprise-wide architectural frameworks and solutions.
  • Experienced in leading IT strategy development.
Solution Architect
  • 7 + years IT and 4+ years’ SA experience.
  • Relevant qualification (ideal) or working with recognised SA framework (eg AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expert in designing, and developing solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Project Manager
  • 5+ years experiencing running multiple complex projects.
  • Relevant qualifications – PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP, SCRUM (desirable).
  • Experienced in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Customer facing and commercially aware.
  • Technically capable with an excellent working knowledge of technical and business change.
Project Coordinator
  • 2+ years experiencing running small independent projects or working within a wider programme.
  • Relevant qualifications – PRINCE2, ITIL (desirable).
  • Commercially aware and customer facing.
  • Working knowledge of technical and business change.
Programme Manager
  • 5+ years experiencing running large complex multi stream programmes of work.
  • Relevant qualifications – MSP, PRINCE2, ITIL (desirable).
  • Proven leader and builder of  teams.
  • Experienced in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experienced in Service Transition and Service Management Methodologies (ITIL).
CISO
  • A deep understanding of security technologies, risk management, compliance frameworks, and incident response.
  • Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for an organisation’s cybersecurity program.
  • Ability to effectively communicate security matters to non-technical stakeholders.
Security Consultant
  • Must have experience working with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored security recommendations.
  • A strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and experience across different security domains.
  • Effectively communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Security Architect
  • A comprehensive understanding of various technologies, architectures, and security frameworks.
  • Have a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Experience in conducting security assessments, threat modelling, and risk analysis.
